Everytime we choose righteous, we identify our selves with God like never before. Among all people, we become His "OWN". Those people at the HEART of God.

Choosing the path of righteousness brings more added advantages. Let us hear from the Psalmist.

Psalm  34:17 When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their distress and troubles.

In the above scripture David talks about time and choice, " WHEN". This implies that the righteous people of God have an open space to call on Him anytime.

He tells us that whenever they cry for help, God hears their cries.

He doesn't end on hearing you cry for help like man. Why do I say so? A brother or sister can hear you cry and ignore, but when a righteous person cries, God responds automatically.

He goes ahead to respond to with deliverance.

Many times we have cried to God and there has been no response, let us check on ourselves. "Are we righteous ?"

David had days of struggle like any of us with sin and He also had days when he persued righteousness. 

During these two seasons, he cried to God. But he came to a conclusion that being righteous is the best because it quickens God's response towards your troubles. He saw the results of this and decided to write it down for us. What worked for King David,  can still work for us.
