This is when Joseph's brothers were plotting against him out of jealousy and resentment towards him, especially after their father Jacob gave Joseph a special coat, and Joseph shared his dreams with them, which they interpreted as a sign that he would rule over them.

There are people around us who never wish to hear our dreams. Even when the dreams we have will end up blessing them and their children, they will still fight us.

The devil will never fight you unless you have a dream that comes from God. As a matter of fact the devil isn't against you, but rather against your dream. But he attacks you because you are the one meant to manifest the very dreams given by God.

 Genesis 47:12 Then Joseph provided his father, his brothers, and all his father’s household with bread, according to the number in their families.

No one can ever stop what GOD has deposited in you to happen. 

Joseph's brothers fought so hard to frustrate his dreams, but when the fullness of time came, they  found themselves under him like God had showed him in the dreams.

Never worry about those that want to fail you. It isn't about you, but what God intends to do. 

God will take care of your battles and those that were meant to see your dream come to pass will not die too not until it happens. Joseph was sold and ended up in Egypt. God elevated him and finally brought his brothers to him to see the dream he had shared with them years back.
